All posters are available in the size you selected at checkout. We currently offer 18×24″ and 24×36″, custom sizes are not available at this time.

No — all posters are sold unframed. This keeps pricing lower and lets you choose your own frame to perfectly match your space.

Posters are printed on demand and shipped directly from one of Gelato’s global production centers closest to your location. This helps reduce shipping times and carbon footprint.

Yes — we ship worldwide! Shipping times and costs vary by country and are calculated at checkout. International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes (paid by the recipient).

Once your poster ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on hexamark.shop.

We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) via Stripe, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where available.

Yes — all payments are processed securely through Stripe, a trusted payment gateway that uses bank-level encryption. We never store your full card details.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours or before printing begins. After that, changes or cancellations are not possible due to on-demand production. Contact us as soon as possible at hexamark.design@gmail.com.

Contact us within 14 days of estimated delivery with photos of the issue (or proof of non-delivery). Gelato will investigate and provide a reprint/reship or refund if the claim is valid.
