Hexamark Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time within 24 hours of placing the order, or before Gelato begins printing your poster.
To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at hexamark.design@gmail.com. We will confirm the cancellation and process your refund within 3 business days.
Returns for Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your poster arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Gelato (our print partner) will review the claim. If approved:
- They will reprint and reship the correct item at no cost to you (most common resolution).
- If you prefer not to receive a replacement we will then process your refund, store credit, or exchange.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is significantly damaged.
Change of Mind Returns
Because every poster is printed on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference.
Return Shipping
For approved defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is significantly damaged.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
International Orders
International customers may be responsible for customs duties and import taxes. These are non-refundable.
