3. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times vary by location and are estimated by Gelato. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. International orders may incur duties and taxes paid by the customer.
4. Intellectual Property
All designs on HEXA Mark are original and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute our artwork without permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
HEXA Mark and Gelato shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the price of the product purchased.
